I am running Slacko5.3 on an old 600Mhz machine. When I want to pay for something I am buying on the Web papal prevents me from using my credit card by blocking me even though I have clicked on Visa or Mastercard to pay. I believe papal is using cookies to intercept my attempt at logging on to Visa, Mastercard etc. Where are these cookies stored and how do I remove them? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the plugin, NoScript installed?
If so, it may be blocking the scripts that you are needing in using PayPal.
I have even had instances of which I had to disable AdBlock+ when an action was preceded by an Advertisement that in turn called the function one wanted to access.
I have NoScript installed. However as PayPal is maliciously preventing me from making payments independently via Visa or Master card I wanted to bypass it in some way, for example deleting the relevant PayPal cookies. I just checked my bank statement and it shows that a recent Visa transaction was actually handled by PayPal. The trouble is that when actually making a payment a composite site is displayed that shows both PayPal and credit card icons. However after clicking on a credit card icon I believe that this link is surreptitiously hijacked so that the transaction is re-routed to PayPal but the person making the payment is unaware that this has happened until it shows up in their credit card statement. I want to prevent PayPal doing this.
