had coded a zulu advise, testing. code is bad so embarrassed to let it out now.
still struggling with bash documentation or lack thereof. i like to use matrix arrays but bash doesn't.
after QUITE some time of searching and looking i have finally managed to find some code that enables matrix usage. unbelievable!
IFS=$'\v' read -a myarray <<<"$(echo "$input_text" | sed 's/./&\v/g')"
declare -p myarray
<<< splits text into single character into and array, then paste the array for viewing what you got
then you got to come up with nonsense like this to reference it:
two dimensional arrays? .. hmm maybe next year i'll find something.
