The title mostly says it, but the last detailed instructions for installing Compiz seem to have been made by Gray and that was a long time back.
I have seen some puplets that say they have it, but they seem to have some features I want not activated.
What I would like is the flying window open and close graphics as well as the CUBE that displays multiple running applications on a cube.
The closest I can come with Vista is a horizontal scrolling selection of running applications.
After setting up Compiz on puppy 3.01 on a PC with limited memory (384megs), it just does not seem right that a PC with 3 gigs of memory would not be able to show the fancy graphics in Windows. And they still cannot and the performance index usually says you cannot do this or that.
Great! So why can I do it with Puppy linux and most other linux versions too?
But back to my main question.
Can someone make an updated how-to for Compiz as to what is required and detailed steps to getting it to work?
